The Shepherds Hut is a 10m2 space built on wooden skids. It was inspired by the historic portable huts used by shepherds when tending livestock during breeding seasons.

Our Shepherds Hut is fully insulated and designed with energy efficiency in mind, with low voltage LED lighting. Made from sustainably sourced materials.

Curved roof with long run corrugated Coloursteel.
Exterior:
H3.2 treated NZ Pine Ply and weather grooved battens.
Low VOC stain.
Inside:
Sustainably sourced Poplar core ply floors.
All walls, floors and roof, are insulated to R2.6 value.
Electrical:
Electric certificate of compliance and safety.
4 watt LED lighting throughout.
Windows/Doors
Two colonial style wooden casement windows (second hand)
One colonial style wooden French door (second hand).
Security stays on windows and door.
